Road-show Product Launch

Produced six-city road show with 2 ½ months lead time to launch Adobe Acrobat 7.0.  Programs ran at full capacity audience, 300+ attendees per city.  Complex program included multi-layered marketing campaign (e-mails to installed base/purchased lists, channel marketing 3rd party sponsor agreements, tele-marketing campaign, banners, ads, and on-line listings) half-day seminar, video production, tabletop displays, executive roundtables and meet-the-experts session.
